MERN / Next.js Developer

We are looking for a skilled MERN / Next.js Developer with at least 1 year of proven experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong command over front-end and back-end development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using MERN stack and Next.js.
• Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Implement SSR, SSG, and API routes in Next.js.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• Follow clean code standards and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven 1+ year of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with MongoDB (queries, schemas, aggregation pipelines).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Vercel, AWS, or other cloud deployment platforms.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
