Associate MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate Associate MERN Stack Developer who has hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, capable of writing clean and scalable code, and comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, senior developers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain proper version control workflows using Git.
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Strong grip on JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of software development best practices and code optimization principles.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms.
• Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
