MERN Stack Backend Developer (High-End Projects)

Role Overview:

We are hiring extremely strong MERN stack backend developers to architect and build powerful systems. This is not a role for beginners — we need people who can own the backend, think in scale, and ship production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Architect backends for security, scalability, and high performance.
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams for smooth integration.
• Deploy and manage apps on AWS (EC2, S3, App Runner, etc.).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize systems under real-world loads.

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional experience with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, React/Next.js.
• Strong background in database schema design and query optimization.
• Proven experience with authentication, RBAC, and secure API design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
• Past work on e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code.

Preferred (Bonus):

• Experience with real-time chat, multi-tenant systems, or payment integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Evidence of large-scale production work (GitHub, live projects).

Salary: 40,000 PKR – 90,000 PKR per month (based on expertise and project portfolio).
