About the Role

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality software and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs using modern technologies.
• Build frontend interfaces with clean and responsive design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Debug and maintain existing codebases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Previous experience working in a startup or agile environment.
