MERN Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services when needed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB (and Mongoose ORM).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of Git / GitHub and version control workflows.
• Experience with deployment on AWS / Azure / Vercel / Netlify is a plus.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or microservices architecture.
• Background in Agile / Scrum development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
