Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of front-end and back-end technologies, be detail-oriented, and be eager to work on challenging and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and deployment tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
