MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing development team in Multan. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and possess strong communication skills with proven experience working directly with foreign clients. You will be responsible for building high-performing, scalable web applications and collaborating across teams to deliver modern digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with front-end interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions with international clients.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across different browsers and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end tools like Redux, React Hooks, and TypeScript (preferred).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proven experience in client communication and handling foreign projects (US, UK, or EU-based).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented Agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or Nest.js frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment on Docker or cloud servers.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS).
