MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and hands-on experience in React Native. You will work on both web and mobile projects, collaborating closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of React.js workflows (Flux, Redux, Create React App) and can create robust web systems as well as intuitive mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications while ensuring code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and mobile apps with a focus on usability and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver new features.
• Optimize applications for scalability, speed, and responsiveness.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management workflows like Flux and Redux.
• Hands-on experience in React Native for Android and iOS development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Strong database knowledge (MongoDB preferred).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Heroku).
• Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Contribution to open-source projects or personal tech projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
