MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Build scalable, secure REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
• Develop modular, reusable components and interfaces using React.js
• Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries
• Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL for schema design, optimization, indexing & query tuning
• Implement microservices architecture for scalable system design
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams for seamless deployment
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery cycles
• Write clean, testable code with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and follow best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in MERN Stack / Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in Reactjs, MysQl, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript & TypeScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, including schema design & query optimization
• Good understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and scalable architectures
• Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS preferred
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and deployment pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
