MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern frontend interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Build secure, scalable backend APIs using Express.js and TypeScript. Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus).
• Integrate external APIs and services effectively. Work collaboratively using GitHub, Jira, and version control workflows.
• Handle deployments and environment management (development, staging, production).
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment. Collaborate within a microservices-based architecture.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Strong frontend skills in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and some exposure to NoSQL.
• Experience working with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling.
• Experience setting up and using CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to microservice architecture.
• Prior work in healthcare or similar domain projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
