Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience and advanced backend capabilities in Node.js and its frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real-time systems, queues, messaging, caching, and automation tools like Node-RED.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express/Fastify, ReactJS, and Node.js
• Work with backend components including queues, messaging, caching, and real-time systems
• Integrate and configure automation/workflow engines such as Node-RED
• Build high-performance APIs using Fastify/Express
• Implement, manage, and optimize background jobs using BullMQ
• Use RabbitMQ for event-driven communication and microservices synchronization
• Handle real-time data flow using Socket.IO
• Implement caching and high-speed data access using Redis
• Integrate OneSignal SDK for email, SMS, and push notifications
• Perform API integrations using Axios
• Build user interfaces in ReactJS with Material-UI
• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data storage
• Ensure clean, optimized, and well-documented code

Required Technical Expertise

• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express/Fastify, ReactJS (Material-UI), Node.js
• Node-RED for workflow automation
• RabbitMQ for distributed messaging
• BullMQ for job queues, retries, and delayed jobs
• Fastify for high-performance API development
• PostgreSQL for structured database management
• Redis for caching and real-time operations
• OneSignal SDK for multi-channel notifications
• Socket.IO for real-time communication
• Axios for API integration
