Hashtag Ventures is looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise in Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Lead development with Next.js, ensuring efficient SSR and static site generation (SSG)
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development
• Strong command over Next.js, especially SSR and SSG
• Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, React hooks, and functional components
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines
• Understanding of performance tuning and SEO best practices
• Comfortable working in Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Headless CMSs (e.g., Strapi, Sanity)
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
