What we’re looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong Python experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js along with Python for backend, scripting, or data processing tasks. The candidate should be passionate about writing clean, efficient code and working in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Develop and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs
• Work with Python for backend development, automation, or data handling tasks
• Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

• ·Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Solid experience in Python
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of Redux, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL is an advantage
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
• Good to have Artifical Intelligence knowledge like OCR and Image Processing
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
