MERN Stack Developer(MID LEVEL)

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MERN Stack technologies, while mentoring juniors and ensuring top-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express, React and Node.js.

Bind UI elements to JavaScript object models.

Build frontend modules using TypeScript, React Hooks, and virtual DOMs.

Create asynchronous calls using Events and Event Emitters in Node.js.

Develop RESTful APIs for client applications.

Write cross-platform programs and APIs.

Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Participate in full SDLC (systems development life cycle).

Evaluate alternatives and provide solutions aligned with business strategy.

Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers.

Stay updated with emerging trends and apply them to projects.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Excellent communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in MERN development.

Strong backend development skills.

Hands-on knowledge of GraphQL and Next.js.

Experience with server management and AWS cloud services (mandatory).
