Join the Sala de Despecho Team

Sala de Despecho is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our high-volume nightlife restaurant and bar team.

We are building a strong team as we prepare for an exciting upcoming season, including extended operations during World Cup events.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service
• Maintain professionalism in a high-energy environment
• Support bottle presentations, celebrations, and guest experiences
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, kitchen, and management
• Keep sections clean, organized, and service-ready

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English - Spanish
• Previous serving experience preferred
• High-volume or nightlife experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency
• Weekend and Sunday morning availability required
• Flexibility to work daytime or nighttime schedules during World Cup season
