Job Description:

If you’re in love with the idea of ensuring quality creation of engaging, high-quality content that thousands of customers will see and enjoy while helping independently owned automotive repair shops thrive, we’ve got just the right spot for you on our growing team!

Our Messaging Strategists work very closely with our clients in learning their company history, who their clients are, and thoughtfully crafting unique and highly personalized messaging, which is then transferred into social media and email marketing content. We are seeking a creative, yet ambitious and dedicated individual who can work well with other team members and clients to attract the perfect client for our auto repair shop clients. Having the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple deadlines is critical.

Required Skills:

The perfect candidate has

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in content creation and quality control (bonus points for automotive-related experience)
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style
• Understanding of social media scheduling platforms such as Planable, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Constant Contact
• Experience in social media graphic design using tools such as Canva
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined and a self-starter
• Independent but a team player
• Willingness and ability to lead self and others in delegating tasks, overseeing production, and ensuring quality control excellence
• Excellent with time management and communication with clients and team members, including management and accountability of other team members
• Highly organized and driven to see a project through while keeping it on track
• Be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform with accuracy
• Utilizing AI tools, such as ChatGPT, for efficiency

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing client social media & email marketing strategy
• Communicating with clients regularly
• Overseeing the content creation process and output of content
• Lead, manage, and assist Social Media Managers in the content creation process
• Scheduling content, managing content, and social channels
• Editing and approving content
• Research on industry trends
• Management of assets, documents, and client work
• Collaboration with team members
