Meta Ads expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Meta Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Conduct detailed audience research and apply effective targeting and retargeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for improved ROI and conversions
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events tracking, and conversion tracking systems
• Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive performance reports
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective ad strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign structures
• Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
• Sound knowledge of Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Familiarity with sales funnels and landing page optimization
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
