Meta Ads Expert (On-Site – Full Time)

We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert with 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in running profitable paid advertising campaigns. If you have hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing ads, we would like to meet you.

Salary

PKR 50,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Set up and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and sales
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Manage pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking
• Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for better ROAS
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Provide weekly reports with performance insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 1.5–2 years of proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and scaling strategies
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance optimization
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Ability to work on-site in Soan Garden, Islamabad
