Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to drive leads, sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Plan and execute Google Search, Display, and YouTube ads
• Monitor ad performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
• Perform audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting
• Optimize landing pages in coordination with the team
• Generate performance reports and insights
• Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of paid marketing strategies and funnels
• Experience with Pixel, Conversion Tracking and Google Analytics
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
• Good communication and time management skills
• Portfolio or past results preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
