Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on and analytical Paid Ads Manager to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a critical role in shaping a new e-commerce healthcare portfolio of Amazon businesses by optimizing & expanding our brands’ DTC presence via paid advertising.
This is an offshore, execution-focused role supporting our internal growth team. You must have real, in-platform experience managing campaigns - not just reporting or coordinating.
You will work across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals, can operate inside ad accounts independently, and is comfortable executing optimizations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
You will support campaign builds, optimizations, reporting, creative testing, and performance monitoring across multiple ad platforms.
This is not a strategy-only role. This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with senior growth leadership and must be able to implement direction quickly and accurately.
You should be comfortable:
- Launching campaigns from scratch
- Managing budgets
- Adjusting bids and audiences
- Testing creatives
- Pulling performance insights
- Making data-driven optimization decisions
- Campaign launch & set-up of paid media strategies focused on driving eCommerce sales.
- Launch, test, & optimize PPC across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager (including Advantage+ Shopping and manual scaling strategies) & competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Make daily & weekly optimizations, including monitoring campaign performance daily
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
- Set up audiences, tracking, & conversion goals
- Pause underperforming ads & scale winning campaigns methodically
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
- Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Analyze creative performance to provide data-backed briefs for the design team, focusing on hook rates and hold rates.
- Adapt campaigns quickly to reflect active promotions, deals, & seasonal events.
- Build & maintain dashboards and Excel reports for clear & actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries & track performance against KPIs
- Take a proactive, growth-focused approach: identify scaling opportunities, test new strategies, & align spend with product performance.
What you’ll bring into the table:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Direct in-platform experience and comfortable working inside ad accounts daily
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and scale eCommerce sales.
- Experience managing budgets of $50,000+ USD per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnel structure, creative testing & budget allocation
- Excellent communication skills to report insights & recommendations.
- Basic SEO knowledge for landing page optimization
- Landing page CRO awareness
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience supporting UK or US markets
- Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
Nice to Have
- GA4 & Google Tag Manager familiarity
- Experience with ads tracking and tagging implementation
- Experience driving Amazon product sales through external traffic.
- Familiarity with Amazon Attribution or similar tracking tools.
- TikTok Shop Ads experience or other emerging platforms.
- Experience in the skincare & beauty industry.
