We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, e-commerce performance campaigns, remarketing, and full-funnel Meta advertising.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end Meta ads strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
- Identify audience segments, lookalikes, custom audiences and A/B testing opportunities.
2. Campaign Execution
- Create, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
- Build ad sets, retargeting funnels, and conversion-optimized structures.
- Manage pixel implementation, events, conversions API and tracking accuracy.
3. Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL, higher ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Adjust bids, budgets, ad placements, audiences, creatives, and funnel stages.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and funnel performance to improve results.
- Present insights and data-supported recommendations to management.
5. Creative & Content Coordination
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performance ads (images, videos, carousels, reels).
- Ensure ad content meets Meta’s advertising policies and Dubai regulations (if real estate).
6. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements (UAE Focus)
- Ensure all real-estate ads include valid Trakheesi permit numbers and QR codes (if applicable).
- Adhere to DLD/RERA policies for property advertisements.
- Ensure all campaigns follow Meta advertising guidelines to avoid disapprovals/ban.
7. Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Align Meta ads with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO and CRM activities.
- Coordinate lead handling flows with sales teams (WhatsApp, CRM, email automation).
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Proficient in Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager & Conversions API.
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, pixels, and analytics.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, budget scaling, retargeting strategies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with real estate lead generation (advantage).
- Experience targeting international markets (India, Singapore, GCC, Europe, Africa).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Leadrat, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Arabic language is a plus (not required).
