Meta Ads Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketer with strong expertise in lead generation and eCommerce performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, running ROI-focused paid campaigns, and handling international client accounts with a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple industries
• Handle Shopify eCommerce campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS
• Manage international client accounts, budgets, and performance goals
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI
• Develop media plans, audience targeting strategies, and scaling strategies
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and sales funnels
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to clients
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Shopify eCommerce campaigns
• Experience handling international projects and clients
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent English communication skills for client meetings and reporting
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to performance metrics
