FoodeesFest is one of the largest touring food and arts festivals in the United States, with 64+ events scheduled across the country in 2026. We’re growing fast and need strong marketing firepower.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Meta Ads & Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team. This is not an entry-level or junior role. You must be excellent at Meta advertising and have a solid understanding of full marketing strategy.

You will build and optimize high-performing paid campaigns while helping shape broader marketing direction for our touring festivals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across multiple markets and events
  • Develop smart full-funnel strategies for ticket sales, vendor recruitment, and sponsorship leads
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and audiences that actually convert
  • Monitor performance daily (ROAS, CPL, CPA) and make fast adjustments
  • Analyze data and give clear strategic recommendations
  • Support overall marketing efforts including organic social, content, and event promotion
  • Stay ahead of Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices

What You Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with strong, measurable results (please share examples)
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, audience targeting, and A/B testing
  • Solid overall marketing knowledge — strategy, audience psychology, creative direction, and campaign scaling
  • Local to the Charlotte / Davidson, NC area (must be able to attend occasional festivals)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in events, food, entertainment, or experiential marketing is a big plus
