Meta Ads & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns while also managing day-to-day social media activities to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management

  • Plan, create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns based on business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, placements, and targeting.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and custom audiences.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and industry trends.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track social media performance metrics and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
  • Experience handling social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and engagement techniques.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating leads, sales, or measurable business results through Meta Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Marketing, Business, Communications, or related educational background preferred.

  • Cost per Lead (CPL) / Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Lead generation and conversion performance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
