Job Overview:

SourceCode is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist with a focus on service-based and e-commerce campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid media strategies across Meta platforms to drive conversions, scale revenue, and optimize performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for service-based and e-commerce clients.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust strategies based on real-time analytics.
• Identify audience segments, retargeting opportunities, and budget allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Generate performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up to date with Meta algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, Paid Media Buyer, or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of retargeting strategies, funnel optimization, and ad scalability.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus.
