We are looking for a well-experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing eastern wear fashion brand, PretAge, to manage and scale our Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns with experience of 4-5 years!

Job Description
We need a performance-driven expert who can optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns focused on generating:

• Online sales
• Website conversions
• Brand awareness
• Retargeting campaigns

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Create audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversions
• Analyze ad performance and provide reports
• Test creatives, copy, and campaign structures
• Coordinate with our content/design team
• Scale winning campaigns profitably

Requirements

• Proven experience running successful Meta ads for easter women clothing fashion brands like ETHNC and Sapphire
• Experience with pixel setup and conversion tracking
• Ability to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
• Knowledge of audience research and scaling strategies
• Good communication and reporting skills
