Job Description:

Ahmaar (PVT) Ltd is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proven results in lead generation and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
• Lead Generation & Sales Funnel management
• Audience research, retargeting & lookalike audiences
• Daily optimization to reduce CPL & improve ROAS
• Pixel & Conversion API setup and monitoring
• A/B testing of creatives, audiences & ad copies
• Campaign performance reporting & insights
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience in Lead & Conversion campaigns
• Knowledge of Pixel, Events & Conversion API
• Experience handling monthly ad budgets independently
