Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Meta and Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM channels. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and analytics tools to drive conversions and maximize ROI. The successful applicant will play a key role in developing innovative strategies for e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and social media management to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for targeted campaigns.
- Manage media buying strategies and media planning to optimize ad spend efficiency.
- Utilize SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns while maintaining strict adherence to client or company guidelines.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO tools, and media buying strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators and web developers to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong background in Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid social media platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in PPC campaign management with a focus on ROI-driven results.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and web analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce advertising, media planning, and conversion optimization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEM, SEO strategies, media buying techniques, budgeting practices, and digital campaign analysis.
