Job Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Campaigns Specialist with proven experience to lead paid media efforts across Google and Meta platforms. This role is pivotal in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing performance, and crafting compelling ad strategies that convert.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Key Responsibilities

1.Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Understand client/business objectives and translate them into ad campaign strategies.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
  • Select appropriate campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversions)
  • 2. Campaign Setup & Management
  • Create, launch, and manage ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Define target audiences (custom, lookalike, saved audiences).
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across campaigns.
  • Ensure ad creatives and copies are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • 3. Optimization & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, CPA, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns by testing ad creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify best-performing ads.
  • Adjust audience targeting to improve reach and conversions.
  • 4.Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders/clients.
  • 5. Compliance & Best Practices
  • Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies and ensure compliance.
  • Implement best practices for ad copy, creative formats, and placements.
  • Keep up with new Meta Ads features, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • 6. Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with creative teams to brief ad requirements (images, videos, copies).
  • Coordinate with marketing/sales to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Bridge between marketing strategy and technical ad execution.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting and ad creative ideation skills
  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
