Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer who specializes in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Lead Generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting performance-driven campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and quality lead flow for both in-house and client-based projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Plan and execute lead-gen and conversion-driven campaigns.
- Set up custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements for better performance.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Develop and manage lead-generation strategies across multiple platforms.
- Optimize landing pages (with design team) to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure lead quality through continuous monitoring and filtering.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and internal dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and manage advertising budget efficiently.
Creative Coordination
- Work with the design/content team for ad copies, creatives, and videos.
- Suggest creative improvements based on data insights.
Client Coordination (If applicable)
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and strategy suggestions with clients.
- Collect requirements and align goals with performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience running Google Ads & Meta Ads, especially Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel Setup, UTM tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.
- Strong copywriting & ad creative understanding (preferred).
