Meta Paid Media Strategist (Facebook & Instagram Ads + Organic Growth)

We are seeking an experienced Meta Paid Media Strategist to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns while also contributing to organic content strategy and growth.

This role requires both analytical and creative thinking, with a strong focus on performance, testing, and scaling e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, UGC, and video direction
• Develop and manage organic social media strategies
• Create content calendars and posting schedules
• Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels
• Provide regular reporting and insights to internal team and clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of Meta advertising experience within an agency environment
• Proven portfolio or case studies demonstrating results (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and conversion-focused strategies
• Experience managing both paid social campaigns and organic social growth
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TikTok Ads and/or TikTok organic growth
• Familiarity with Shopify and DTC brands
• Experience with UGC strategy and creator sourcing
• Understanding of email/SMS marketing integration
