Brand Republic is hiring a results-driven Meta Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling Facebook and Instagram-based sales. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in social media lead conversion, client handling, and digital sales strategies, particularly through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, client communication, and sales conversions through social media channels.

- Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
- Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Experience Required: 1–2 years (Social Media Sales / Meta Sales)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming leads via Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective chat-based and DM communication
- Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales performance
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment and order processing
- Stay updated with social media trends, audience behavior, and digital sales techniques
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) sales or social media sales
- Strong written communication skills (English required)
- Ability to handle lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in chat-based sales or international client handling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid campaigns
- Familiarity with e-commerce or service-based sales models
