We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media platforms, and a passion for driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives
- Track conversion data using pixels, tags, and analytics tools
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and funnel strategy
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of Performance Max campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
