Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Meta & TikTok Ads Expert who can efficiently manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our agency clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad campaigns
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Setup conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking
• Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Manage multiple client ad accounts professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok advertising
• Strong understanding of lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
• Experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

• Experience handling international clients
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or landing pages
• Portfolio or campaign case studies preferred
