Job Title: Metal Exhaust Fabricator / Pipe Fitter

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Exhaust Fabricator to join our workshop team in Jebel Ali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mild steel and stainless steel fabrication, specifically regarding exhaust systems for cars. You must be proficient in TIG (MIG acceptable) welding and capable of working from drawings or templates to create high-quality, durable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble custom exhaust systems, silencers, and piping from mild steel and stainless steel.
• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to determine specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to a high standard, ensuring gas-tight and leak-proof seams.
• Operate workshop machinery including band saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and pipe benders.
• Carry out on-site fitting and installation of exhaust systems on customer premises in Jebel Ali and across the UAE when required.
• Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and conformity to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with UAE safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, specifically with exhausts or pipework.
• Skills: Proficiency in TIG welding (Stainless Steel) is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of exhaust backpressure, pipe bending, and mandrel bending is a plus.
• Physical: Must be physically fit and comfortable working in a hot industrial environment.
