About Us Co-Lin Metals Fabricating is a fast-growing custom welding and fabrication shop. We create unique, high-quality metal products for all kinds of industries. Our focus on craftsmanship, fit, and finish is what sets us apart — and we're looking for a skilled fabricator who shares that same standard.

What You'll Do We're looking for a Fabricator/Welder who can take a project from print to finished part. This isn't assembly-line work — every project is different, and we do low-volume, high-mix fabrication. You'll form the material, tack it up to a print, verify it's right, weld it cleanly, and when the job calls for it, grind and blend the welds so you'd never know they were there.

• Read blueprints and shop drawings to lay out and form parts
• Bend and shape sheet and plate on the press brake and other forming equipment
• Tack assemblies together and verify squareness, fit, and dimensions before final welding
• TIG and MIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
• Produce clean, good-looking welds — and grind/blend to a seamless finish when the job requires it
• Use plasma cutters, grinders, drills, and saws as part of regular work
• Check your own work to ensure it meets our quality standards
• Solve problems independently to keep projects on track
• Keep your workspace clean and safe

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Welder Fabricator in custom or low-volume work
• Strong forming experience — comfort on a press brake is a must
• Clean MIG and TIG skills on stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
• Comfortable grinding and blending welds to a show finish when the job calls for it
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Sharp eye for detail — measures twice, builds it right
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems on your own
• Able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
