Metal Fabricator (Steel & Stainless Steel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Fabricator specializing in steel and stainless steel works. The candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing metal structures and components according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, bend, and shape steel and stainless steel materials using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures such as frames, supports, brackets, railings, gates, and custom metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment including cutting machines, grinders, drills, welding machines (MIG, TIG, ARC), and polishing tools.
• Conduct welding and finishing works ensuring strong, clean, and accurate joints.
• Perform stainless steel finishing including grinding, polishing, and surface treatment.
• Ensure all fabricated components meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and installation teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in site installation works when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator, specifically in steel and stainless steel works.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• Skilled in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC welding).
• Good knowledge of metal properties, fabrication processes, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately (tape, vernier, level, etc.).
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Experience in stainless steel decorative works.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
