Entry-Level Fabrication Shop Assistant:

Design To Print | Full-Time | $16.00–$18.00/hour + Benefits & Profit Sharing

Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn valuable skills and build exciting projects? Design To Print is hiring a Fabrication Shop Assistant to join our award-winning manufacturing team. No fabrication experience required—we will train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

You will work alongside experienced fabricators, welders, designers, and printers creating custom signs, light boxes, displays, and metal structures for customers across the country.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with assembling and fabricating custom products
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Learn to operate laser cutters, CNC equipment, and fabrication machinery
• Move, organize, load, and unload materials
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Support the fabrication team with daily shop tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Reliable and dependable team player
• Commitment to workplace safety
• High school diploma or equivalent

Helpful but not required: Welding, fabrication, CNC, or forklift experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional weekends may be required
