Metal Factory Manager

,POSITION: FACTORY MANAGER - METAL (with hands-on technical experience)

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a “FACTORY MANAGER (METAL)” with at least 5 years of experience in the metal industry and machine functions/operations. This role requires the candidate to have “Hands-on technical experience” in various metal machineries to ensure that the Metal Production runs smoothly and efficiently. This will also involve supervising the department staff, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and coordinating the work with other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of Technical Hands-On Experience in Operating Various Metal Machineries
• Previous experience as a division manager, supervisor, or related position.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, and Excel).
• Strong technical skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the production and installation of metal components for glass projects.
• Provide metal machinery training and guidance to team members.
• Supervise manufacturing and machinery activities within the metal division
• Prepare and arrange the metal division’s production plan, schedule, and delivery.
• Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure integration of metal and glass elements.
