Metal Roof Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Roof Installer to work with us doing installs on jobs we sell. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable, high-quality metal roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is subcontract work for each job. Must be able to fully handle to install independently. Work is all over Metro Atlanta area and North Georgia

Duties

• Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately plan installation procedures
• Install metal roofing panels using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment with precision and safety in mind
• Prepare roofing surfaces by removing old materials, applying underlayment, and ensuring proper alignment of panels
• Secure roofing components with appropriate fasteners, caulking, and trim carpentry techniques to ensure weather-tight seals
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to transport supplies around the job site efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining safety protocols at all times
• Perform quality inspections throughout the installation process to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal roofing installation
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Familiarity with metal stud framing, caulking techniques, tile laying, welding, stucco application, plumbing basics, restoration work, framing carpentry, drywall finishing, masonry work, remodeling projects, concrete forming, and heavy lifting is highly desirable
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights comfortably
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and project completion

Pay: $1.00 - $9,999.00 per hour
