Metal Structure Assembler [Tent Systems] (Zagre, Croatia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal frames, poles, and support structures for tents and temporary shelters
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, plans, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper alignment, stability, and anchoring of all structures
• Inspect components for damage, wear, and safety compliance before and after installation
• Assist with dismantling, packing, and transporting tent systems
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and site managers for timely project completion

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in assembling metal structures, scaffolding, or similar construction work
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of safety standards, hand tools, and basic power tools
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in outdoor environments
• Teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
• Basic metal fabrication.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with event setups, temporary shelters, or industrial structures

Work Environment:

• Construction sites, outdoor event locations, warehouses, or industrial areas
• May involve manual lifting, climbing, and working in variable weather conditions
