Roadrunner Drywall & Paint is seeking experienced Metal Stud Framers for commercial construction projects throughout the Valley Metro area.

We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of teamwork, and are ready to “Ride for the Brand” by representing the company with professionalism, quality, and accountability on every jobsite.

If you have strong layout experience, can read plans, and know your way around light gauge framing, we want to hear from you.

Position Details

• Full-time
• 40+ hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Pay range: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
• Commercial projects across the Valley Metro area

Responsibilities

• Perform metal stud framing and layout for commercial interior construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Construct light-gauge interior partitions accurately and efficiently
• Follow company safety standards and job site requirements
• Work independently or as part of a framing crew
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow jobsite safety standards
• Work efficiently with crews to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of metal stud framing and layout experience
• Ability to read and understand construction plans/blueprints
• Strong working knowledge of best practices for light-gauge interior partition construction
• Must have your own hand tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work full-time and perform physical construction work safely

• Chop saw
• Laser level
• Ramset/pin gun

Experience

• Metal stud framing: 2 years (Required)
• Commercial construction experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available

Various commercial job sites throughout the Phoenix Valley Metro area

Pay: $27.94 - $33.65 per hour
