Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Office-based with coordination across suppliers and clients

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily metal trading operations and documentation
• Assist in processing purchase and sales orders
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Prepare invoices, contracts, and trade-related documents
• Support pricing updates and market information tracking
• Maintain accurate records of trading activities
• Coordinate import/export documentation and compliance
• Assist procurement and sales teams with order execution
• Monitor inventory levels and supply chain flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Experience in trading, logistics, procurement, or coordination roles is an advantage
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn commodity trading operations
