metalwork production foreman

Ideally, you should have a minimum of 10-15 years experience, possess knowledge of Sheet Metal products and fabrication generally have experience using Laser cutting , CNC machinery, Tig / Mig welding process, able to monitor all workers, materials and produce production jigs and methods for faultless production.
Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates on the production floor.
• Interprets company policy to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Organise and control the fabrication of steelwork and architectural metal products and panel works.
• Ability to operate equipment in the metal fabrication industry.
• Able to manage volume and one off high spec production packages in stainless steel and mild steel and ancillary materials.
