Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a positive attitude and determine their needs.
  • Recommend and sell wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Process payments, activations, and account updates accurately.
  • Stay up to date on promotions, product launches, and competitive offers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless sales a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for hitting targets.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
