Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation and plating to uphold quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Support banquet and catering events by delivering excellent service in various settings
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety standards
• Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
