MFT Admin/Integration Engineer

Job Title: MFT Administrator / Integration Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled MFT Administrator / Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and healthcare integration environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for secure file transmission, workflow automation, certificate management, and troubleshooting integration issues across internal and external partners. Experience with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare systems integration is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Managed File Transfer (MFT) Administration

  • Install, configure, and administer MFT applications on Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Support and maintain platforms such as GlobalScape, GoAnywhere, and Ensemble.
  • Build and manage secure file transfer workflows (scheduled and event-driven).
  • Configure secure protocols including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and SSH.
  • Ensure secure file movement between internal systems and external partners.

Security & Certificate Management

  • Install and manage SSL/TLS certificates, SSH key pairs, and CSRs.
  • Maintain certificate chains and manage key rotation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and encryption standards.
  • Monitor and remediate certificate expiration or security vulnerabilities.

Workflow Automation & Scripting

  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or platform-specific workflow tools.
  • Automate file monitoring, alerts, retries, and exception handling.
  • Design and support high-availability and clustered MFT environments.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation best practices.

Healthcare Integration Support

  • Collaborate with EHR, clinical systems, network, and security teams.
  • Troubleshoot HL7 parsing issues, malformed segments, and transformation failures.
  • Resolve connectivity, data format, and integration errors.
  • Support data exchange using HL7, FHIR resources, JSON, and REST APIs.

Documentation & Governance

  • Document file workflows, interface specifications, transformation rules, and SOPs.
  • Maintain operational support guides and integration documentation.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

AI & Advanced Integration (Preferred)

  • Explore AI-based automation solutions (LLMs, Agentic AI).
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance monitoring, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
  • Support intelligent automation initiatives within integration environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer platforms.
  • Experience administering MFT solutions such as GlobalScape, GoAnywhere, or Ensemble.
  • Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS, SSH, certificates, CSRs, and encryption standards.
  • Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Experience building scheduled and event-driven workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in integration environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, JSON, and REST API integrations.
  • Experience in healthcare IT integration environments.
  • Experience supporting high-availability or clustered MFT systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, Agentic AI) for automation and integration support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹394,835.26 - ₹868,919.69 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida
