Mgr Mfg
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of the team members assigned to your area of responsibility
- Plan, Direct, and Coordinate implementation of quality improvement projects for the Production
- Enforce the Systems adherence to 4M, 11 commitments, Kanban pulling system, Stop-Call-Wait, etc.
- Support in establishing priorities for quality improvement projects focusing on, containment measures, root
- Ensures good 4S+S our entire workplace
- Leads and promote Kaizen activities
- Performs 4 M analysis in all NCR's, customer find root causes and implement countermeasures.
- Works with management and training department on developing training and development plans. Insures
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 10 years' experience in production management minimum
- Good knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge and understanding of quality systems
- Good knowledge and experience in using quality tools
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills English, Spanish is a Plus.
- Able to travel (5% of the time)
- Computer skills: Spreadsheets and Presentations.
- Knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System)
- Leadership Skills with strong sense of Ownership.
