MHC & MFT Registered Intern or Qualified Graduate Student (Russian-Speaking)

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy Interns, as well as qualifying graduate students, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a Russian-speaking clinician or student who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path toward healing and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions both in-person and online
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health therapy

License/Certification: RMHCI, RMFTI, and/or qualifying graduate students

Required Skills:

- Candidate must be Russian speaking
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding
- Knowledge of mental health/family counseling principles
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Competence in maintaining records accurately
- Skilled in conducting group therapy sessions
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency training
