Miami Dade Traffic Ticket Attorney Court

We’re currently expanding our network of attorneys to help clients fight traffic tickets throughout Miami.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Ticket Defense Attorney licensed in Miami Dade . The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom knowledge, proven experience handling traffic matters, and a solid track record of successfully fighting tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in municipal courts across Miami Dade.
• Review, assess, and strategize defenses for traffic citations.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients.
• Negotiate with prosecutors where applicable.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Strong courtroom knowledge and comfort appearing regularly in court.
• Demonstrated track record of handling and contesting traffic tickets.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience handling high volumes of traffic ticket cases.
• Familiarity with municipal court procedures .

Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience. Flexible structure available (per-case or volume-based).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
